                          Thank you!

                          I couldn't have done it without skip. I would have given up a long time ago. I would have been good with 11-12% bf. I'm so excited to start working with skip again and get me ready for my first competition.

                          It's been 3 weeks since those photos and I've managed to maintain that shape being up a few pounds. The goal is to stay as lean as possible the next 4 months.
