    Wow the pics from your first to the latest contest are very impressive. Much better condition while still bringing the mass.

    What was the biggest hurdle you faced during the prep? And what was you average cardio like, if you can't or don't want to answer no problem, as I know it varies from person to person. Are you planning on doing another show? If so are you sticking with Skip during the "off" season, because I can only imagine what full year with Skip and him leading you leading into another show would be like.

      Thanks! 2011 was not my first show but my most recent. Biggest hurdle during prep.....hmm hard to say. I would probably say just balancing life. Career, fiancée, an active toddler...I work 12 hour overnight shifts. So yeah, just finding a balancd while being really tired. Cardio got up to 10 x 1 hour sessions. Sticking with skip for the offseason
