    Final Results....12 Months with Skip!

    Well I have finished my 12 months with Skip, culminating in an over 40's natural contest, didn't trophy, but not really the point. Learnt so much over my year with Skip and cannot recommend hiring him highly enough.

    So before and after.....

      Thanks drcp,

      Was 272lbs on May 8 2012 and was about 191 on contest day. Therein lies the problem, just too skinny at 6ft 4in (not SKips fault )

                            Am at about 202 now and guessing 8-10% BF, want to get up to 220 and keep at these BF levels and have another go next year!
