Do you think there are specific training/ workout protocols for a bodytype e.g an Endomorph and whether dropsets/ supersets/ reduced rest times are best?
Also, so you have any advise for HIIT methods if 1 has a leg injury and cannot use a bike, eliptical machine at present?

If you keep quickly stalling out during a cut on very low calories and high training/cardio frequency, is it better to back off and bring your calories up/reduce training for a while or continue to lower calories and/or increase cardio?
