    Do you think there are specific training/ workout protocols for a bodytype e.g an Endomorph and whether dropsets/ supersets/ reduced rest times are best?

    Also, so you have any advise for HIIT methods if 1 has a leg injury and cannot use a bike, eliptical machine at present?
