Your thoughts on training 7 days a week where you utilize intensity techniques such as drop sets, rest pauses, iso holds, negatives etc on the 3 big days for Chest delts, back low back, legs. Then the other 3 days are what's called pumping days where you don't use the high intensity techniques but instead you use these days kinda like cardio work. Reps are in the 12-30 range, sets are still lower and rest times are 30-45 seconds and no sets are taken to failure. In fact you should still have 1 or 2 reps left in ya on each set. Arm day is thrown in there towards the end of the week and only get about 8-9 sets for bi's and 8 or 9 for triceps. Here is the breakdown.
Day 1 - hvy legs roughly 12 sets sometimes a little more
Day 2 - hvy chest delts roughly 12 sets or a little more
Day 3 - hvy back 12-15 sets
Day 4 - pump/explosive legs 9-10 sets
Day 5 - pump/explosive chest delts 9-10 sets
Day 6 - Arms 8-9 sets. Usually done as supersets
Day 7 - pump back 9-10 sets
I would assume it would depend on recovery, but I did use this for a little while and loved the pumping days. Didn't take sets to failure and trained fast.

Do you ever have to take a client to very low carbs and low fats during the week to get them in shape? I ask because that has been what I have had to do in the past and it just plain sucks!. I'm def endomorphic.
