    True about fat people and big calves. I've noticed that people that tend to walk on their toes usually have good calves, too.

        This was DCB before he got fat and started walking on his toes.

            Calves have grown more since I went from the 220's to 230's. still pretty pathetic but they aren't cankles. I think it's basically all to gaining weight and remaining active in jumping activities like basketball and jump rope.

            Training soleus an gastroc in different days seems interesting but very strange to me for some reason. Gonna give it a try in the next few weeks.
