so I was dieting on 200 kCals
300 protein
150 carb
25 fat
its weds after teh show, and IM STARVING EVERY DAY
only meal I am not hungry after is my first meal.
i have added 250cals a day already and end u eating extra already.
probably closer to 350kcal per day
I dont want to BLow up in the bad way but dont want to miss opportunity to grow....
I need a bit of advice here
