    Skip,

    you say that cardio, first thing in the morning, is the best time to do it. Lets say that on 2/4 cardio days, it can't be done first thing in the morning. For me, my diet is set up so that i cut carbs off at 6pm, and then have a P/F meal at 8, and then another one at 10. Seeing as there isn't an insulin response since 6PM, would cardio after the P/F meal at 10 be the next best time to do it? Im up until 1am everyday, so its not like I'm staying up just to get some cardio in.

    You are correct, yes. I feel that fasted cardio is best but cardio in the absence of carbs is a close second.
