Today I tried my db shoulder press on a high incline bench like you did in your DVD... WOW! Never have I hit my front delts so hard!
The angle the bench put you at, slightly behind the weights, puts all the stress on the front delt, and is much better balanced than with a 90* bench. Def a new staple on shoulder day.
