  • Carbs during week

I saw the Skip approved carbs for Skiploading. IE kids cereal, fat free twinkies and so one. Are these not so clean carbs approved for the rest of the week as well or should it just be whole grains sweet potatoes and things of that nature?

One other question Im at 210-215 about 15% bf plus or minus at 6' tall. Im thinking of starting around 150 grams of carbs per day can anyone give me input if that is a good starting range or is that to high?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

From a body composition standpoint carbohydrate type is pretty much irrelevant... as far as if that is an appropriate amount we need a lot more information about you, diet, training, etc. before anybody could even guess as to if that amount is too high or low...

My diet for a couple of years has been relatively low in carbs around 100 to 125 a day. Protein about 300. Fat around 80. I dont do any cardio and lift 3-4 days a week. My work day is not that active as well. I play no sports.

Have you been loosing weight, gaining weight, fat muscle, etc. on this plan?

Nothing stuck here Which is why I want to change things up. Just want an idea of where to start. Although all people are different just trying to gage how far off base I may be with 150 a day compared to what others are doing.
