I saw the Skip approved carbs for Skiploading. IE kids cereal, fat free twinkies and so one. Are these not so clean carbs approved for the rest of the week as well or should it just be whole grains sweet potatoes and things of that nature?
One other question Im at 210-215 about 15% bf plus or minus at 6' tall. Im thinking of starting around 150 grams of carbs per day can anyone give me input if that is a good starting range or is that to high?
