thanks........... i was happy yet dissappointed. people have no idea the mental torture unless they go to battle.. i will do one more so i can be as dry as i wanted... also if i could come in at 205-210 (up from 186) i would be pleased!!!
i will NOT be cutting water 48hrs out!!!!!
