well i was out of the game for 3 months following my operation to repair my torn pec. I have been back in the gym for almost a month and a half now. making pretty good progress. strength is starting to come back finally, and starting to get some size back. these pics i just took. 19 years old, 6'1", 253lbs as of this morning.
