    I'm just a average guy who loves hitting the iron and while I have been working out for years I never really looked like I did ( diet sucked, long story short just to much junk food ). So I decided that I wanted to see how far I could take it while still being able to eat in a way that I could do long term. Its has not been an easy rode and I am far from a expert but I enjoyed the trip so far and I can look in the mirror every morning and be proud of what I have accomplished so far ( well when I am not looking flat anyway lol ). I have learned alot and have alot more to learn.

    I am 5'10 or 5'9 and half ish...

    Jan 2012 - 230lbs

    Today - 208lbs

    Leg shot this morning ( I have no idea how to pose I just tried to push my quads out as far as I could )
