    This is how strength went:

    @ 150:
    bench: 55x5
    squat: 45x5
    deadlift: 100x5
    chins: bwx3
    dips: none

    @ 195:
    bench: 205x1 (175x5)
    squat: 245x3
    deadlift: 385x3
    chins: bw+25x5
    dips: bw+45x6

still got a really long way to go but things seem to be going nicely.

diet is all you can eat buffet, all the animal protein + carbs i can get from meal halls 3x a day, plus a couple shakes here and there

I never know if you're trolling or not, bro.

If not, you should try to get your bodyfat levels down before you keep gaining weight, in my opinion.

Good progress buddy, keep it up...slam the food, progress on strength, lots of extreme stretching.

You look tall...guessing...a tad over 6?

FWIW that quad shot can be skipped.

Congrats for the strength gain and all but I'll have to play a devil's advocate here. From your previous maxes, I can tell so far it's probably newbie gains. This is when the tough part will kick in and smart dieting and training with be even more crucial. GL

And I have to agree with Quad, make sure that bf% doesn't get out of control.

It is him, he has videos up. try and be nice, not everyone is blessed with your Flex Wheeler-esq genetics.

I really didn't believe it was him since he's always copy pasting stuff from bodybuilding.com and this progression is typical of that site. If it really is you, it's very hard to see how you actually progress since the fat gain is not under control. But the strength gain is super duper!

I think everyone here is training DC (which is not the case) so in my mind everyone is walking around 90 kgs plus.

Yeah i was considering getting bodyfat down, but then again i dont have much mass still. however, seeing as i didn't exactly start off at the leanest either.. it might be good to lean out a bit. Probably going to do timed carb diet with skiploading to slowly drop bodyfat.

Quad shots are unimportant because i plan to compete in Men's Physique and that requires broad shorts which means leg work can pretty much be walking on a treadmill 1x a week followed by some leg extensions.

Yeah, im gonna work on leaning down a bit to see how much mass vs. fat i really gained.

naa man, if you look at the journal section, its about a 50/50 split between people training DC and people who are working on building the intensity for DC. im gonna post up pics again in 8 weeks much leaner.

I think you are at the point now where you should cut and start again from that point. I know it sucks being skinny (I have been there (still there?), hence my username), but it will be worth it in the end.

On your next bulk (whether it be slow or dirty), I would start training to failure...it makes a big difference when you are in a caloric surplus. Do something like the DC split bodypart selection, 3x a week. Start off with just 1 set of movements for upper/lower...as you start plateauing, add in 2 rotations...eventually 3 rotations. The DC bodypart split works amazingly, even if you aren't doing "true dc".

But I would keep the bf levels in check.

I would not cut if I was you. I would consider cleaning my diet up, cut out the buffet crap and increase your cardio. Im assuming you arent doing any at this time? You should continue to eat copious amounts of food (good food) and increase your cardiovascular level. This should allow you to mantain if not increase your gains and tighten up a bit.

A bit more cardio bro, gotta lean out a little bit. 3x a week, fasted, brisk walking (preferably on an incline).

so you mean something similar to A: chest/shoulder/tri/back width/back thickness B: Biceps/forearms/calves/hamstring/quad, but it doesn't have to be the exact thing? As long as i dont call it DC its fine?

no cardio at the moment. that was probably a mistake...

                            got it.

Alright so this is what i've got down so far.

                            Training days(M W F), 2300 cals:
                            P: minimum 250g
                            C: 100g post workout
                            F: 100g

                            non training(T R Sat), 2000 cals:
                            P: 250g
                            C: 0g
                            F: 110g

20 min fasted cardio 6x a week, sunday off, Skipload sunday. still going through the longevity dvd and getting all the info from that on loading procedures.

I realize this would be infinitely easier if i hired Skip or a coach, but thats a little out of my reach financially right now.

You guys really think he should watch what he eats at this point? By that I mean restricting calories?...

I say just eat, VKK. EAT EAT EAT. Let the tandoori chicken shower upon you. Just worry about getting a good 45 min. cardio sesh 3 times a week. I don't think 20 minutes will do much as far as fat burning, even if it is 6 times a week.
