Looking good man.....One thing I noticed, may be totally wrong though...In your rear lat spread, it looks like your lower spine has a wicked curve in it....Do you have a curvature or am I seeing things? lol

I never noticed it before, but I know my chiro has commented about my curved spine from xrays.....Didn't think it was that noticeable...perhaps that explains the low back issues. And my insurance just upped our out of pocket for chiro use, until they start paying. Limited chiro for me and much more pre-hab at home.

Looks like a mild scoliosis to me. Yes could cause issues in the lowerback for sure at that level.
