  • DOHCrazy's Progress Pictures

I am starting to post more and more as I learn more and more, so I figured I'd better post some pictures to prove I'm not that small.

I'm graduating college in May. Pretty scared about finding a big-boy job, hopefully I'll make it happen. Right now I am just enjoying my last years of college, my beautiful girlfriend (who I want to marry,) and life in general.

I do not obsess over meal timing, nor do I obsess over food choices. I like to go out, have fun, go on dates, etc., and I have the occasional drink. (Although this lifestyle has made me quite the lightweight compared to my 'normal' college buddies, haha!)

I eat MDD style as much as possible, but again, I do eat out, and enjoy it when I do.

I've been training DC for about 5 months now. Standard 2-way split. Absolutely love it. I can post my split if people are interested, but it really is ‘by-the-book’ DC training.

Currently I am working through a quad injury from the hack squat widowmaker, which sucks. You can kind-of see it on my right quad.

I plan to do my first show once I have a stable ‘9-5.’ I tried to do one in college, but realized my priorities weren’t in line and didn’t want to look back and think I had wasted college, especially since I don’t have the genetics to make any money in this sport. Dante’s post specifically made me realize I have to be realistic.

I was a little sweaty from posing, lol, but I was un-pumped except for what came from the posing.

    Calves still suck.

I had to come up with my first screen back when Nitto 555R racing was out. Just stuck with it.

Not to sound like a creeper DOH, but a bit back i remember stumbling on a thread you had from before i was training or around on Tnat, and i just gotta say DC is doing great things for your overall thickness. Keep pushing and smashing it brotha, your making great gains.

Looking solid. Keep up the progress. I know you are doing standard 2-way DC, but I'd be interested in exercise selection if you don't mind. Always like seeing what others are doing as far as choices. If not, no worries.

I haven't seen it yet, and ProM is being slow. I'll check when I can.

EDI: Unless you're saying he asked you in private, in which I have no clue what you are talking about.

Thanks DOH, I appreciate you sharing. Is there any specific reason you repeat Smith incline and BTN incline on A1/A3 such as lagging upper chest or anything, or just preference with those moves? Thanks again

I was directed to this site and as my buddy called it DC Training. I opened an account and here I am , so is there somewhere on this site to explain DC?? I apologize if I am posting in the wrong place, but I have searched for one hour and I have seen the 'a1 b1 etc'. Just finished my bodybuilding competitions for the year and looking to bulk it again. Hence my buddy directed me. Thanks for any help and once again apologies if I am posting in the wrong place
