I started doing DC reading about it at Forced Rep around June/July after losing some bf and looking for a different program. I'm still learning each time as I don't have it down to a science yet but slowly learning and applying.
Wanted to thank everyone and DC for a great program. I love the funny looks at the gym when I do DC stretches.
Anyway, the 1st pic is what I started slimming down. Went from a 41 inch waist to 33.
2nd pic is a progress pic from this past Monday. Currently stats are 5'7 190/approx 14%bf. I don't have any current wheel shots but will get one.
I just started to cruise this week.
