I've been spending most of my time in the DC forum and thought I'd venture out and say hello to everyone.

Here a shot of what I'm working with. I was around 220ish in this pic. I cut off my head cuz I had a stupid look on my face...lol. I'm working with D.C. now and hoping to leave that bodyweight behind. Oh, and stats are 6'4 (lanky) and 27yr old.

Welcome aboard. At 6'4" you have a big frame to work with!

6'4", that's pretty damn tall!!! If you were lanky before, you certainly anymore. Good shoulder developement and very lean as well.

Thanks guys. I'm working with DC to fill out this tall frame. If all goes well, I won't feel so lanky at the end of the year....lol.
