    heres my fat ass at 240lbs and climbing i guess, im gonna stop at 245 then cut it towards my show comming up.

    and yes thats my dog just chillin in his bed

        yea ive been crushing the legs , still have alot of work to do but there comming along nicely.

        i pretty much know what i need to improve and what needs to be brought up.
        but ill post some pics in the critical assesment post come showtime.
