          last one.. I was kind of disappointed in these pics. I looked alot better in the mirror, but maybe it was all in my head. I still have a lot of work to do, but so far so good. Almost down 15lbs and my strength is actually increasing!!

            Right now I am trying to lean out for the summer. As you can see, it let my bodyfat get a little too far a head of me and now I am paying for it!!!

            In this next off season, I'm going to give Dante's approaches a shot and hopefully it will bring up my laggging bodyparts and have me sitting at a comfortable 250 or so. Oh BTW, I'm 22 and 5'8" using AAS for a year off and on

              Good muscle base, delts and chest and arms seem to need a bit more work to catch up with the legs, which seem to be your best bodypart, and fat is indeed coming off...only problem is that you have that really bad beard rash all over your face eh? It does seemed to have lightened up in the last three weeks though; it's much less dense.

                That's where I hope DC's training will help me out!! I know that my back and legs are my best body parts. If everything grew at their pace, I would be pretty jacked!!! But no one ever said BBing was easy!!!

                Thanks for the comments and I think I am going to a dermatologist to get that rash looked at. People don't even recognize me anymore

                  I put big expectations on myself! I want to get on stage one day (soon) and have people whispering to each other, "Who the Heck is this?" I want to come in to my first show and make everyone remember who I was.

                  Anyone want to throw out some criticism on my pics? Suggestions? anything?

                          I have not taken any pics lately, but I am getting a lot leaner!!!
