Thanks I "should" be a full 20lbs heavier on stage than last SEPT. Last year I came in at 225 looking to stay around 240ish this time out. I thank the weight gain to proper slin timing and cycling the IGF and slin 4 weeks on 4 off. and training like a mad man
looking to start with DC after this show so I can come in the high 250 for next yearComment
