Looking pretty thick bud, you have a nice frame to put some serious weight on. What are you diet plans?
Anyone can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right
person, to the right degree, at the right time, for the right purpose,
and in the right way, that is not easy.

To tell you the truth, I am not 100% sure what I am going to do. I've never dieted before (played football and hockey my whole life) because I have never needed to. I think I will give this diet a shot and see how well it works for me. I'll probably get started on this at the start of may.
I was think about something like:
Meal 1
Oatmeal (sweetener + Cinnamon)
Protein Shake
Meal 2
Egg Whites + Potatoe
Meal 3
Protein Shake + Dextrose
Meal 4
Meat + Rice + Salad
Meal 5
Meat + Rice + Salad
Meal 6
Protein Shake + EFA's
Meal 7
Cottage Cheese + EFA's
Meat = Chicken, turkey, Lean Beef (NO FISH!)
I am going to run some Test Enan (Prop causes me too much pain) EQ, and maybe some Tren. I also have some winny around, but I have a really bad shoulder and I don't want to risk the joint pain the winny may cause.
you got some good size already. Without knowing what carb count in the diet you mentioned, makes it hard to tell if the protein, carb, fat percentages are good for dieting/cutting. I believe KR uses a two day high carb and two day low carb program.
