Hey I just joined this site VERY COOL! I'm on a few different boards so some of you may know me. I'm looking forward to learning alot here. Really wanna get some new training ideas. Here are some pics of me the day before my last show (2004 USA's). I failed to make the top 15 which is cool. I felt good at the show and held my own ( I mean at least I didn't look like a joke up there LOL). I did place 8 out of 22 at the 2004 Jr Nats in the Light Heavies. I was very happy about that.

Yep I'm on Freakz as well. Thanks for the compliments everyone. Now it's time to make some major improvements for next years Jr Nats. Gonna move on up to the Heavyweight class next year. Need to bring up my arms and chest mostly. Time to grow!Originally posted by Subliminalundefined

Glad to have ya here, man. You are right - bring up the chest, ant. delt (maybe a little on the arms) and a bit on the calves (looks like you were gifted with "Munzer's calves... LOL), and at a HEAVY - AAAAAHHHHH, SHIIIIIITTTTT!!!!
