This was my first comp. A national qualifier and the biggest show in AZ NPC history. LOL Oh well it was a good experience and I'm doing the same show again this year, hopefully I will get to take home a trophy this time!

I was 198 lbs. here, at 5'9".

I have seen these pics before and I am very much impressed at the transformation that you made, bro. I love before and after pics because they show so much more than just the "afters".

I wish you well for your show this year and I am sure you will be in even better shape. Don't focus so much on the trophies, though. All they do is gather dust.
