Got an update for you guys!
Almost 10 weeks post show and used 150 mg of test/week and nothing else this whole time. Hard training and maintained most my strength. Only up 10 lbs from stage weight and just started my first cycle post show today. Have been doing a Jordan Peter's Push/Pull/legs routine this whole time and strength is expected to be at an all time high in a few weeks. I have been doing DogCrapp training for 1.5 years now with such awesome results that that taught me that low volume high intensity with more rest is what works well for me.
Here are some updated pics at 215 lbs. day 1 of cycle. Let's see what we can do in 12 weeks! PhotoGrid_1641147330516.jpgPhotoGrid_1641147382989.jpgPhotoGrid_1641147307978.jpgPhotoGrid_1641147367662 (1).jpg
Hey guys! 6 weeks into offseason cycle and up to 230. This is hands down the most muscular I have ever been. 6 more weeks of a cycle to go for now and looking to continue growing into the heavyweight class. The changes I have been making I am super happy with and the upper body is coming along for sure!
I appreciate all you guys who keep up with this thread! PhotoGrid_1644790120356.jpg PhotoGrid_1644789957967.jpg PhotoGrid_1644790053160.jpg PhotoGrid_1644789929133.jpg
Little update for those who care! Did a small 10 weeks maintenance/recomp phase. This is the end of that phase and this is the starting point for another big blast. No plans to compete until late 2023 as I still have the same goal of being a top contender at a Canadian pro qualifier. Sitting at 234 here, very happy with these pics and cannot wait to see what the future brings!
Very grateful for all those who support and who have helped me along the way!
Packed on a lot of mass in the last decade, good for you, you look great.
As far as this "Skip Guy" is concerned, yeah, he's "OK" I guess.
Thanks a ton man! Appreciate it. Still got along way to go!
I had the privilege of working with skip from 2014 to 2018 with a break in between and definitely am so grateful for the things i learned from him!! He is definitely someone I really look up to!
Thanks so much for all those of you who lurk and see the progress of my journey. Current offseason spot at the end of my 2nd offseason cycle. Sitting at 247 here. Planning on a maintenance phase, then a mini cut and then one big last offseason blast before I start focusing on setting myself up for a prep. I do feel confident 2023 will be a great year for me and bodybuilding as long as I can continue staying healthy and progress keeps on coming how it has come the past year and a half.
