yeah, i am having fun actually lifting heavy in the weight room, and getting to eat as much oldfashion oatmeal as i want...i love oatmeal..i eat it mixed with whey protein for almost every meal , that and incorportating a cheat DAY on sunday is awsome besides the bloat(i really dont like going to bed hurtingOriginally posted by Creator_11
