  • SE USA 8 weeks out 232lbs

    Here we go again......but this is gonna be more fun this time!
    After this first week back training Im starting to feel like Im filling back out.
    The diet is cool, no problems there. My energy level is WAY up with the added calories. Everything feels good and my mind is right.....
    Im ready for the real deal this time.

                  Man, I cant help cringe thinking of getting down below 198lbs......
                  Its like looking over the edge of a cliff before you jump. WHOA, thats a long ways down!

                    Sweat, it does seem like a long way, but you will be AMAZED at how much bigger you look when you're really lean, ESPECIALLY with your structure.

                    The lack of bodyfat give your muscles an amazing roundness that creates an awesome illusion.

                    Case in point: Dave Henry competes (compete*d* - not next time!) in the low 190's but is as conditioned as they come. He looks more like a 230lb BB'er (at least)... Shawn Ray was the same - competed around 210 - 215.

                      I agree, its that illusion thing. Im chomping at the bit though, Im ready to start banging out cardio,and stripping this fat off NOW .. BUT... Im following instructions to a tee. So I will be patient... I'll just do abs ad naseum and call it cardio! :showoff:

                        Just take it a day at a time, Sweat. Hit each short term goal head on and you will reach the long term. If you're heading in the right direction (which you are), you will get there.
