I know I need more thickness but I am very young so I have many years for that 25 5'6" I weigh in at 154 right now...I been told i need to get to top of mids to step on national stage if not light heavies what you homies think...spare me nothing!!

FYI b/w my last show and this show I only had 2.5 months to bulk since I had 8 weeks off for gyno surgery...have another show in 9 weeks and I am taking a whole year off to bulk not competing till next sept in a natty qualifier
