  • Skips Plan Off season Low Carbs

    I am in the low 230's here, 6 weeks after my show (competed at 196). Skip has me on insanely low carbs to keep the fat off, but I find myself cheating everyday (I try to keep it to the first meal). I'm eating 2 lbs of lean beef and 4 lbs of chicken per day.

          Also keeping the gear to lower dosages. 750 cyp and 750 Deca per week. 100 bucks per week I spend on beef and chicken.

                Hey Skip,

                What do you think about my condition for off season? Should I be leaner or am I ok where I am at now? I'm planning on a 25 week prep for the show next summer.

                  I think your bodyfat level is good where it is. I wouldn't take it up much if any more, if possible, but it is fine where it is right now and 20+ weeks of prepping is a great idea.
