  • New to the board and 8wks out How do i look

    I post on the Mayhem boards also, so yall might have seen me there, i plan on working with DC during the fall of my first year of college this coming semester at North Texas University.
    Stats:
    18yrs old
    5'6
    181
    I won the teen Class at ronnie coleman's show on April 24th and got 3rd in lightweight novice, i weighed 156lbs and have been cleen buking for about 6wks, anyway this is me today before breakfast, ive been dieting for about 1week and doing 30min of cardio 5x a week buring arywere from 500-600calories.
    My diet right now is 2000 calories,20-30g fat, 100-120carbs and 300g protein, cutting complex carbs past 4 or 5 p.m.

      i plan on doing teen nationals next year, next summer i will be 19

                      Hey BigSDawg,

                      Congrats on your last showing!!!

                      Some things to consider from my perspective.

                      Will you be better this next showing? What can you improve on in 14 weeks w/ only 6 weeks of bulking?... I like to give several mo. in between shows so I can make improvements each time. Just looking the same serves no purpose for me (its not as if the trophies are really worth much...).

                      I think you could show your physique in a much better light with better posing.

                      As you know, the wheels are awesome. Keep those hammies in balance and don't let the upper body lag, and you'll be a force.

                          u got some TINY joints. ur quads just pop over those small knees. how much weight have u gained since u started?
