May 22, 2023... the day I realized I look like trash.
I'm 25 years old, 5'8" and 192.6lbs in the photos... taken later in the afternoon. (I live in Europe so, time zones...)
Currently in the process of hiring Skip so, I won't look like smashed ass for too long but, I only realized today how far I have let myself go. I don't know my BF% but it's likely over 20%.
I can see my upper abs while flexed. And I thought I looked "big" when in the gym but really, when it comes down to the nitty gritty, I look like trash. I don't know where time went or what happened that made me look this bad but, I am putting it out there for others thoughts but also as a bit of a baseline for myself so I can track my own changes in a public format.
With all that said and done, let me have it. All the thoughts, concerns, opinions and everything else. I need to be bullied a bit into better shape because this is unacceptable. Hell, I don't even look like I live up to my Username...
