Hello all. I would like to keep a small journal here updating my progress. I would like to compete as an open bodybuilder someday but need to get bigger. I work with a good coach who posted on here many years ago. I am currently in a diet phase doing a mock prep, in the past when I have done this I got an extremely good effect growing from the rebound after, plus I wanted to see what was under the fat when I started. I started the diet at 237.6.
I currently train a leg-push-pull routine Mountaindog style. This week I pulled back on pushing a little bit, I was getting terrible sleep and holding a lot of water. This week I did less cardio and consumed more carbs daily and focused on better sleep. It is difficult as I work 2nd/3rd shift. 230pm-230a.m. Here are some current pics.

Who is your coach? I'm not critiquing your coach as much as I'm curious if he was on here years ago. If you would prefer not to say, I respect that.

Some pictures from todays push pump workout. I cannot post on IG/Facebook as I am privately working out at my gym and my owner wants to keep it quiet as businesses are supposed to be shut down here in Massachusetts and I have a key.

I am fucking depleted today. Past couple days have been tough, doing 45 minutes fasted cardio and 30 minutes post workout. I was dragging during work today. Definitely flat in these pictures. Monday raised clen from 60mcg to 90mcg. Time to fucking suffer!!!!! Check-in with coach tomorrow
