Undeniabley a very HOT bike! If ya change out the fender, it just won't be a fatboy...I guess it's kinda like that's the insignia of 'em, but I like that first pic's fender much better.

See, normally, I wouldn't even KNOW that about the fender, but my boyfriend wanted to widen the rear tire on his fatboy, but his fender wasn't wide enough, so I told him to change the fender out...that's when he gave me the heads up about the fender thing LOL

No Fatboy

Dont get a fatboy, go custom. Seriously man, for the money you are going to spend on nice fatboy and then doing some work to it, you might as well have someone build you one from the ground up. A fatboy comes with a tiny rear tire, 160 I believe. Maybe a 180, but I doubt it. You are a big dude and will look funny sitting a on such a small tire, and a wide tire conversion kit cost a few g's then add the tire, rim, fender and paint. We're talkin big bucks. Now with a H-D you get the quality craftmanship and mechanical work like no other but you could easily just buy a H-D engine for your bike. Not just that but after spending 18-20gs on a bike it would suck to go to bike week and see 100 other guys riding the same bike. Man I could talk bike all day. The only time I would encourage someone to get a production bike like a Harley is if they were new to the bike scene and just wanted two wheels to ride on and they don't know much about bikes or dont have access to a good shop(not the dealership)

I wasnt trying to bash your Fatboy dream, those are quality bikes, just wanted to give you something else to think about.
