too ofetn up and coming "iron warriors" get overexcited about a specific training program. they write down everything, lay out workout schedule, diet, etc.
yet most of these same guys give up on that soecific program after a while when they dont see immediate results. so now they are doing DC this month, MaxOT the next, and some other program out of Flex mag. they basically keep changing their workouts with NO results.
so now my question is, how long should a reasonable guy give a workout routine before being able to say 100% "this is not for me, i am not getting any results, i need another program"?
