  • Progress Update

Hey guys, I just wanted to post an update on my progress, since my last thread. As i said, i did the routine that was laid out by sammysdad, and it has worked very well for me. I have seen good strength gains, but no large mass gains yet. My weight is now up to about 143. within the next few days i will be placing an order on trueprotein.com, for WPC (as recommended by FH), and the new type of creatine, creatine ethyl ester (sp). I will be continuing to lift with that routine until it stops giving me any progression.

Assuming that's just not from increased food intake.

lol, that would be great although Kane here seems to have gained 70lbs in one year.

Well let's see if it's good, you've been lifting for 5 years and you were still at 130something. If you instead did what you're doing now, gaining 4lbs a month, then that'd mean you'd be about 250lbs heavier now instead. Of course that's impossible, but that's not the point. The point is that in a year, if you gained 48lbs, then you will have increased your bodyweight by about 30%. That'd be like me gaining about 75lbs of muscle next year and being around 325 or something along those lines (don't start Dan, LOL).

So yea, 48lbs in a year ain't too bad.

I came to my math by taking the number of people viewing this forum and dividing it by the reciprocal of the days in this month times pi squared plus the number of girls Allen has banged in the last 6 months (13 and one transvestite so lets call it 13 and a half) carry the one and subtract the tangent by the square root of Inhumans post count (4300) equals 4
