Alright guys, well I got my CEE in the mail yesterday and I'm starting another blast/continuing cutting today. I will be posting my log along with how much I am increasing in reps/weight each time. This should be very interesting, as I am cutting and still slightly gaining in the gym, and all other things equal the extra gains will only be CEE related. I don't expect any gains from the CEE for a week or so, but I thought I'd start early anyway. A few things I need to mention...
1. 3g pre workout, 3g post workout.
2. Taking in a little extra water, diet doesn't change other than this.
3. I will try my best to be unbiased.
4. My routine is not changing, I am on the same abbreviated cutting routine.
I'll be starting off with legs this blast because I was forced to miss them yesterday. I am just going to go ahead with the leg workout today, take the weekend off and start fresh Monday. I'll report back later on after the gym...
