    Anyone see it in this month's issue? Pretty impressive stuff! I thought it was interesting he was talking about how he was doing his "back thickness" workout and was going to do his "back width" workout later - hadn't heard anyone that wasn't doing DC talk about that before...

    Pretty impressive to see Ronnie doing t-bars with enough weight that the metal handle he was using actually gave out!

    Anyway - highly recommend checking it out, almost made this issue not a complete waste

    Damn, you are not the only person that has given the article a rave review, people seem to really like it. What else does it go into that makes it so inspirational and such a good article?

      I think it is just the way it was written - gives you an idea of what a hardcore place his gym really is... All of the black and white pics of Ronnie throwing the weight around really made me want to go eat more, and hit the gym!

        I saw that article--and honestly the man is a freaking T-rex. 14 plates on the T-bar row, and I know its hard to believe but he looks bigger now than even last year--its almost getting ridiculous. The hardest heaviest training beast in this sport is winning the Olympia and thats the way I like it

          Great god, he's still going up in training weight steadily. Last time I heard he was using 12 plates. 12 PLATES! Ronnie is just in a league of his own and always will be. Even his muscles, the actual texture, is freaky as hell. It's almost as though he doesn't have normal muscles, his muscles overlap. Folds of muscularity. His back looks like abunch of balloons attached to a human body, nothing I've ever seen on any other pro. Just incredible, after looking at his pics you really start to wonder if he's TRULY human...

              Anyone else notice that the author can't add? Somehow 1 100lb plate and 10 45lb plates equals 645lbs in his world... "11 plates with the first one being a 100" or something like that.

                was a great article, met the man a couple times, we hung out at arnold vip party last year my girl made freinds with his 3, lol ---arms bigger than my head, ill see if she will give me back the pics, we split

                  The description of the gym, the pics. Everything made this article great. I actually think that Flex has been pretty good the last several months.

                      I pretty much love anything with Coleman...as long as I dont here him talk. The article was ok in my opinion but nothing special. I pretty much don't like any of the magazines as of late. Even Planet Muscle has caved...total crap rag now.

                          Actually... as annoying as it was on the video I was saying "Ain't nothin but a peanut" before I did rack deads on Sunday just as a joke... and before I knew it I was saying it a few more times and I couldn't stop! *lol*
