This is the hardest meal of the day for me to find a variety of protein rich food. Lately I've been eating 5 eggs, 8 oz. of turkey sausage, milk, whole wheat bagel or bran flakes. I cook it every morning.
I've thought about buying pasturized egg whites, but they're $2 for a carton that has 50 grams of protein, so I'd need 2 a day and that would add up a little fast.
Also is it okay to eat flaxseeds with oatmeal or is that fat/carbs.
