i will be buying creatine (met-rx micronized creatine 2lbs.) and starting a cycle that looks like this:
Week 1: 20g per day - loading
Week 2: 10g per day - maint.
Week 3: 10g per day - maint.
Week 4: 10g per day - maint.
Week 5: 20g per day - loading
Week 6: off
Week 7: off
Week 8: off
Week 9-16: repeat
now for a few questions:
1. is this a good cycle?
2. will the creatine powder last 4 months, be ok for use?
3. should i take 5g every 3 hours (4 times a day), during the loading phase?
4. should i take 5g every morning and night, during the maint. phase?
