  • new guys got a question

    goodmorning guys, im new here, only had the chance to get through two days of liftin with the DC method, and so far i love it. but i got a problem. i cant figure out whether to rotate the exercises EVERY day, or only when i dont get stronger in that particular exercise??? for example would i do flat bench every chest day until i no longer get beat last weeks rep/weight? or do i rotate 3 chest exercises over and over again every chest day?? im supposed to lift in about half an hour so i hope someone checks this out soon!

    i was also hoping you guys could gimme alittle adivce on prohormones (brands u guys might like). im a natural bodybuilder and have done well competing in drug tested events and id like to keep doing that, just need alittle edge.

    any help is appreciated

    BB, Welcome to the Pound, you would always rotate your exercises every workout, if you are on the 3 day split you will not perform the same exercise for 12 days, this way you will be stronger and you will make progress.

      Why not just do your research for tyhe gear and OH, there are plent of forums, and articles on google, to find what you need bro.

        ah shit, well the ur advice was alittle late so i ended up going to the gym and flat benchin for the 2nd day in a row. didnt matter though, i kicked ass! everything went up by about 10 reps. of course thats mostly cuz im just comin off a contest diet and could probably get stronger just from gettin on and off the toilet.

        one more question for ya though, i keep seein stuff about 20 rep squat sets at the end of ur work sets. so would that mean after i do my one huge work set, i strip weight off and do a burn out of about 20?

        this newbie appreciates all the help

            you do youre workset of 6 to 8 reps then take youre regular rest then finish with a 20 rep set with whatever weight that happens to be. it is not a strip set it is 2 different sets.

                          We don't mean to be rude BigBen, it's just that we have all answered these same questions over and over and over again, and we just prefer that people do a little research (ok, alot) and look for their answers in all the things Dante has written before asking questions on here.

                              Hell I have probably 80% of what Dante has typed up on the net both saved to my hard drive and printed out. I still read through all that shit time and time again while I'm doing cardio. Still looking for more and more stuff...
