goodmorning guys, im new here, only had the chance to get through two days of liftin with the DC method, and so far i love it. but i got a problem. i cant figure out whether to rotate the exercises EVERY day, or only when i dont get stronger in that particular exercise??? for example would i do flat bench every chest day until i no longer get beat last weeks rep/weight? or do i rotate 3 chest exercises over and over again every chest day?? im supposed to lift in about half an hour so i hope someone checks this out soon!
i was also hoping you guys could gimme alittle adivce on prohormones (brands u guys might like). im a natural bodybuilder and have done well competing in drug tested events and id like to keep doing that, just need alittle edge.
