  • ok so i slacked on the food consumption today

    heres what i ate
    2lb ground beef made into quesadillas with fat free mexican cheese and fat free sour cream and salsa
    a gyro, no onions lol
    2 chicken breasts
    protein pudding
    thats so far, im abt to go eat more beef

      for 7lb ground meat, i mixed in a can of sloppy joe sauce and made quesadillas with that, not to bad actually for ground meat, esp since its rinsed, lol

            Don't sweat it bro,

            Jus tkeep eating, over the course of a few days you will notice your appetite will get bigger and bigger.

            And by weeks end you'll be eating machine, and consuming 100g of protein at 7 or more meals a day won't be much of a problem.

            Oh ya and by then prepping that much food, and if your time crunches like my self, you will find just eating BBQ steaks will be great.
