  • what did you eat yesterday?

    what did your menu look like yesterday? and what are you planning to eat today?
    yesterday
    egg white omlet 6 pieces of bacon
    some left over chicken fried rice.
    2 bbq sandwiches
    2 pieces of chicken
    8 bbq hot dogs, 2 pieces of bbq chicken, green bean casserole(sp?), potato casserole
    4 more bbq hot dogs the rest of the casserole.

    I am one of those boring guys who eat the same thing every day.
    My day consists of (in no particular order):
    Chicken
    Rice
    Avocado
    Pears
    Sandwiches
    Flaxseed oil
    Pineapple slices
    Green tea
    Green peas
    Porridge (breakfast)
    Cottage cheese (1g fat/100g)
    A product called "Kräftröra" in Swedish..translates into something like "scrambled lobster" or something. LOL. lots of good fats in there though..I get 51g of fat from that every day.(100g)

    Supplements I take:
    --------------------------
    Protein Shakes
    Omega 3's
    800 mg Kalcium
    1000 mg Vitamin C
    Vitamin B (all of them in 1)

      i am the same every day too, i eat this in a certain order (not necessarily this order) every day, basically the same as everyone else:


      oatmeal, 10 egg whites
      two gigantic whole wheat turkey samitches with fat free cheese & mayo
      2 lbs ground turkey with 14 eggs and salsa (split up into 3 meals during the day)
      true protein shake with EVOO and natty pnut butter
      STEAK
      chicken breasts (foreman style)

      once again, the same as everyone else, just ton's o' protein, good fats and low glycemic carbs (on off days). it varies more than this, but this is the core i guess you could say.

            I only switch up when I need a change but it's in this order= steak, beef, hamburger, eggs, etc.

              meal 1
              2 cups of oats with whey powder mixed in
              1/2 container of egg beaters
              2 whole eggs
              glass of low carb soy milk

              meal 2
              pw shake the usual
              2 bagels

              meal 3.
              3 chicken breasts
              baked potatoe
              veggies
              soy milk

              meal 4.
              36 sushi rolls assorted
              order of scallops and shrimp
              salad

              snack
              large oreo blizzard on the way home from the sushi bar

              meal 5
              hamburger mixed with veggies and tons of ketchup

              meal 6
              protein shake


              that was my day,,,

                I'm not gonna name everything I ate, but rest assure it was probably healthy crap and relatively low in carbs except for oatmeal in teh morning, lol.

                  10 egg whites and half a cup of oats and an apple
                  10oz chicken stir fry in low carb wrap medium sweet potato
                  8oz beef stir fry in a low carb wrap
                  Belgian waffle smothered with bavarian creme, cinamon,strawberries and maple syrup, 4 sausage links, 3 whole eggs, and breakfast potatos from Perkins
                  8oz chicken, cottage cheese, and some healthy choice pb cup ice cream
                  PB jelly sandwich, some mixed nuts, and a protein shake

                    yesterday... i ate 2 whole chickens, about 3 lbs of ground beef, a 14 oz. steak, and about 6 protein shakes, a baked potato in there before 6pm, ooo and some raisen bran and about 10 egg whites for breakfast.

                        meal 1. 100g oatmeal
                        200g cottage cheese
                        60g protein shake

                        meal 2. 100g protein shake
                        10g glutamine
                        grape juice

                        meal 3. 12 oz beef
                        veggies
                        rice

                        meal 4. 16 egg whites, 2 egg yolks
                        3 spoons olive oil

                        meal 5. 12 oz chicken breast
                        veggies

                        meal 6. 60g protein shake
                        100g cottage cheese.

                        kinda like that everyday. dont wanna list of the stupid little supps aswell like vit C, glucosamine.

                        i need more food.

                            4 100 gram protein shakes. 1pint of cottage cheese.a big ass chmichanga platter from margarita's. 2 chicken breasts. 8 eggs, 1 bowl oatmeal. and two angus burgers.mmmmmmmmm, now im all hungry

                              Thats cause i sit on my ass all day and im endomorphic. I do nothing at this moment. So once i get back to uni im gonna add more carbs. Im carb sensitive. Ive been over it before. People tell me eat eat eat. But the carbs completely fuck me up and im not even exaggerating.
