hey guys i need help, i am about 5ft 7in and i weigh about 180 ,i have been on this dc program for about 5 months now, i have been killin the log book and loss some fat, put about an inch on my chest and my arms. but for some reason i cant get over 182lbs i eat like a horse, drink my protien, my recovery supplements my green tea. i have put on about 5lbs muscle but thats it. i cant put on wieght for shit. i was wondering if anybody else this height has this problems, i am stocky but shit i need to do something, or do you huys think i well probably blow up in a few months. i figure i keep going up in my weight i should eventually get bigger, it's like my body dosent want it and i am crawling to get to at least 190. need some advise. also i am here in italy on a military base and i do work 6pm to 6am, would that have anything to do with it? always is dark for me does this affect my body? i mean i kill the gym, eat good get in about 8 hrs of sleep every night. i dont get it.

This is an easy one start loading up on the double cheeseburgers 5 and 6 at a time,,, it is cheap and I have never seen it fail to put mass on the worst hardgainer!!!!! You're basically burning calories that are about equal to the amount of calories your taking in each day. Like bigp3 mentioned you're going to have to eat much more every day. Once you consistantly each more food everyday you should start seeing the scale go up.
It would help you if you can log what you eat every day for about a week to figure out your baseline calories. Then increase those calories by as little at 10% each day and see where that takes you.

Either way, I think your body is making a composition change. You know, just like people who diet to lose bodyfat. The scale may not move, but the body is changing it's whole look. You're building a nice amount of lean mass and the BF levels are changing to where you may not see a scale change. Throw in some garbage food and drink the shakes before hand like I do! But DC likes for us to stay of the scales and just weigh like every 4 weeks or so. The goal is to look like a freak, no matter what the scale says! Hell, people overestimated my weight when I was 167 in contest shape to be 210 or so. It's illusion, my man!
