        I did the exact opposite. lol I started, and enjoyed nogi a lot more, but now I LOVE the GI. I still hit up atleast 1 nogi class a week, though.

          I help fighters getting ready for their MMA fights so no point on wearing a gi lol I've got like 5 gis getting dusty in my closet lol

I KNOW DC works, I used it for atleast a year with GIANT gains and drastic changes to my appearance previously, and it just makes sense.

                I trained all over, and at Renzo's in NYC for a long time. Then got hurt. Now it's Bodybuilding.
                Let me tell you, it's one, or the other, if done seriously. You can't have both lol.
