  • How to Find Anything (quick PSA)

Hey ya'll. I noticed a lot of questions get asked that can easily be found through a quick search.

However, due to limitations in most forum services; you can't search for things that have a small amount of letters.

To go around this, all you gotta do is the following:

    1) Go to google.
    2) Type in exactly what you want; "lat pulldown" "cardio" "abs" etc
    3) After the search term, type in site:intensemuscle.com
    4) It'll look like this when it finishes: "lat pulldown site:intensemuscle.com"

This forces google to limit search results to this page in particular. I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but it might help a few people get some research done.

LOL! Got an honest chuckle out of that.

If you click on search>advanced search and type your query in the google box (and select intense muscle) it will produce the same results (well I think it does)

It has ads, but I am assuming the site gets some rewards for the ads?

I could be wrong but I assumed it was helping the site

yeah, good post. I was doing something similar, but probably wasn't working as well as your version.
