    I searched for this on a custom google search of the site and couldn't find anything on it.

    If I wanted to slip in farmer's walks to beef up my lacking forearms/traps how should I do this? A few straight sets in place of a forearm exercise? It seems like a great option because I could either add distance or weight to beat the logbook.
