    Would it be a good idea to try and do

    Monday : A

    Wednesday: B

    Friday: A


    Sunday: B



    3 workouts a week as outlined in original + low volume sounds like undertraining

      If a program doesn't make sense to you, and you are going into it with the attitude that you will be "under-training" why not just find a different program?

                    Not many people tried to do straight sets in combination with dc methods?

                    You can do 2 straight sets for chest and then rest pause the weight just like dc. I do not smell overtraining here.

                    Cedric McMillan uses DC methods but does not do DC to the T

                      you undertrain if you are not intense enough to annihilate your lifts
                      meaning do something else before DC
