Eating 8 meals a day with these macros:
75/60/8 x6
75/5/30 x2
Pro/carb and pro/fat meals just depending on the time of day etc...I have a hard time finishing a lot of my meals (don't we all) but I do manage to get them down...what I'm wondering is if it would be acceptable/a good idea to drink a shake after each meal (using team skips true protein blend) as shakes are easy to consume and right now all of my meals except the PWO meal is food (don't drink shakes).
Even though I'm bulking I still do 40 minutes of cardio 5 times a week keeping my heart rate between 130-145 bpm...what do you guys think?
