  • Dante- Post "Cruise" recommendations?

Dante, and others with DC experience.....

Do you recommend coming back from a cruise at say, 90% of your previous bests for reps, and then slowly working up to and past your previous bests over a couple weeks time....to ease in, and to get some weight progression momentum going?

If you want to learn to pay the piano, you must put down the duck.

Patience is a virtue, an intelligence, and a necessity.

If you want to shift to a higher gear, sometimes you have to back off the throttle a little.

If you've walked into a bear's den, you must walk back out before running away.

On mules we find two legs behind and two we find before, we stand behind before we find what the two behind be for.
